Many organisations have a recurring need to undertake moves within an existing estate. This is often referred to as ‘churn’. The imperatives and objectives are the same as for a relocation to new premises, but different challenges of space and coordination can arise. It is critical to have an efficient process, with the right people and contracts in place.
Sometimes, arrangements have been in place for too long without review. Sometimes, it is felt that improvements could be made. Sometimes, the opportunity to review arrangements is presented by a larger project.
If this is you, we need to talk.
“I have engaged Mike to organise several moves and relocations, two of these on a particularly large scale. All have involved coordination of fit-out, systems and staff moves, together with copious amounts of confidential filing. All have been brought in on time and under budget. You get used to his sense of humour.”
